Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts up to 14 days following the delivery of your order. After 14 days of your order being received, we will not allow any returns, or refunds. Exchanges can be made on some items up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items will not be refunded until the item is delivered back to Meatpole Outfitters.

Koozies are the only item that cannot be returned, or refunded.

Stickers that are provided in the orders are free of charge.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior communication. Once any issues are addressed and resolved, returns can be done.

There are certain situations where no returns are granted:

  • Clothes with obvious signs of use (stretching, tears, cut tags, stains).
  • No proof of purchase.
  • Any item that is requested to be returned more than 14 days after physical delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Allow refunds 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account following return approval.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the wrong size was sent, an exchange may be made (with accordance to our return policies).


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will discuss exchange options.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed following returns. If there is an exchange to be made, the new items will be shipped for free, depending on reason of exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged products to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
